What should my sailor bring with them to sail?
Every sailor should wear shoes that can get wet and also have a back and/or straps to them (i.e. Crocks, old sneakers, water shoes or Keens), sun block (please put on before coming to class), and a water bottle. They should also bring or wear a bathing suit, shorts, t-shirt, hat, sunglasses, towel and snack. Also required for each program is a life jacket, but BIC will provide one for every participant in every program we offer.  

What should my child bring to tennis class?
Every child participating in the BIC tennis program must bring a tennis racquet and wear appropriate tennis clothing consisting of shorts, shirt and court sneakers. No sandles or teva's are permitted. They may also bring a suntan lotion, a snack and water.  

What should my child bring to swimming class?
Every child participating in the BIC swimming program must bring a swim suit and towel. They may also bring a suntan lotion, a snack,  and water.

What should my child bring to arts and crafts class?
Every child participating in the BIC arts and crafts program is recommended to wear clothing that is suitable for an art class. They may also bring a snack and water.

What happens if it is raining?
BIC Classes will be cancelled by foul weather. If weather is iffy - please call the BIC Club office at 401-466-5939 one hour before class for the status of class.

Will there be a swim test?
For many of our programs there will be a swim check on the first day of each new students participation. While life jackets are provided and required when on the water, each BIC student should be comfortable in and around the water and have the basic swimming skills.
