We were delighted to introduce Pickleball to the BIC in 2020! For 2023, we will be installing another two permanent courts for members’ usage.

Open Play sessions are free to members and on Saturdays we host a buy-in ($10) tournament. Winners receive BIC merch!

Members can reserve nets and equipment outside of the dedicated sessions. Read more about Pickleball below!

What is Pickleball?

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the United States. Pickleball is a racquet sport, combining the skills of badminton, ping pong and tennis, that is played on a court similar in size to a badminton court. Pickleball accommodates all ages and all skill levels and is very easy for beginners to learn. Unlike most racket sports, a complete beginner can play and compete within minutes.
